I came to BOSS because:

My career has proven to be one big full circle moment. Coming to BOSS feels like coming back home to the industry that first raised me up.

I work at BOSS because:

As the saying goes ,'the human spirit needs places where nature has not been rearranged by the hands of people' and I firmly believe this to be true. The well-being that can be found by doing both easy and hard things in the outdoors is unmatched when compared to other settings. BOSS specializes in Survival and that's something I want to be a part of in my lifetime.

About Bri Condon

Bri grew up on Long Island and escaped to the outdoors every moment that was available, off island. Fueled by Backpacker magazine and a dream to hike bigger mountains and paddle larger rivers, she launched westward. She has worked as a backcountry guide on land and in salt water and once ran the Wilderness Department for the country's top wilderness therapy program in the country. In another life she served as Executive Director for the west coast's oldest domestic violence agency. Bri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Outdoor Education from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s Degree in Adventure Education/Risk Management from Prescott College. As an experienced Executive Director, Social Impact Executive, Business Consultant, Risk Manager, Public Speaker and Author, Bri values storytelling, feats of physical endurance, and complex business puzzles that involve humans + numbers.
