1-Day Program
The following course was created
for a group of executives with "Managerial Training: Strategic Thinking
and Team Building" as their stated goal. This course was held in early
September in Jamestown, Colorado with 45 participants. Jamestown is approximately
30 minutes Northwest of Boulder, Colorado.

Hiking Challenge:
Race for the Gold
Split into pre-determined teams, each team will be given minimal
navigation lessons as well as a basic map and the race is on to find
the Duval Gold Mine, an actual gold mine from the 1860's. each team
must decipher different clues and navigate through 800 acres of Rocky
Mountain wilderness to reach their intended destination. Then just
when you though it was over...The Final Challenge!

of Effective Communication & Leadership Styles
A series of facilitated experiential activities & discussions led
by your Corporate Facilitator. De-briefing on the use of teamwork in
business. What made the difference for the winning team? Who emerged
as a leader and why? How did you resolve conflicts? Topics: Thinking
out of the box in approaching difficult tasks. Risk-taking and intelligent
decision making under pressure. |

Construction: Your First Priority in Survival
You will be split into teams and will build shelter using the materials
around you. A Lesson in effective utilization of available resources.
