Registering for a course is a
relatively easy 4-step process.
- Read the Course Registration
policies on this site. And — this
is VERY important — PLEASE READ THE FAQ
SECTIONS to help familiarize yourself with our school and our
programs.
- After you've read the FAQ's,
please call us at 800.335.7404 between
7am and 4pm Mountain Time.
Provide us with the following information:
• The course code of the trip you're interested in.
• A Visa or MasterCard
number, expiration date, and billing address/zip code.
- The deposit to hold a space
on a course is $400 ($600 for the 28-day Field Course and all international
courses). This deposit in non-refundable after 7 days. If you don't
have a credit card, you can register by sending a check or money order
to our
office. Assuming that space is available, you will be placed on the
course you've requested.
- Once you are registered,
an Application Packet will be mailed or e-mailed to you. When it arrives,
you will need to complete the paperwork and return it to us with a
photo of yourself within 21 days. At this point, we will review
your file and send a Final Acceptance letter.
