Registering for a course is a relatively easy 4-step process.

  1. Read the Course Registration policies on this site. And — this is VERY important — PLEASE READ THE FAQ SECTIONS to help familiarize yourself with our school and our programs.

  2. After you've read the FAQ's, please call us at 800.335.7404 between 7am and 4pm Mountain Time.

    Provide us with the following information:

    • The course code of the trip you're interested in.

    A Visa or MasterCard number, expiration date, and billing address/zip code.

  3. The deposit to hold a space on a course is $400 ($600 for the 28-day Field Course and all international courses). This deposit in non-refundable after 7 days. If you don't have a credit card, you can register by sending a check or money order to our office. Assuming that space is available, you will be placed on the course you've requested.

  4. Once you are registered, an Application Packet will be mailed or e-mailed to you. When it arrives, you will need to complete the paperwork and return it to us with a photo of yourself within 21 days. At this point, we will review your file and send a Final Acceptance letter.
